THE STRATEGY

This campaign will make it easy for the home owners you already know to ask the one question that is on everyone’s mind these days: “How much MORE is my home really worth now?”

Strategy: Get prospects/clients curious about finding out what their home value is RIGHT NOW in this changing market.

Action: Invite homeowners to schedule a meeting so you can discuss the current value of their home. The best part is… you can do this via ZOOM, phone or in person.

Goal: To be the trusted consultant who will guide, lead and protect them when they choose to buy or sell.

STEP 1: SEND THE EMAIL

Emails are fast and easy but you can get lost in the seas of someone’s inbox, so it’s important to follow-up with text messages and phone calls.
