STEP 1: THE STRATEGY

This campaign is very relevant to what many are experiencing right now while stuck at home. The one question in their minds…??? “What has all of this done to the value of my home?”

So, let’s get out there and start answering that question that is already on their minds…and start generating some NEW BUYERS & SELLERS!

Strategy: Get prospects/clients curious about finding out what their home value is RIGHT NOW in this time of COVID-19, uncertainty, and changing economy.

Action: Get people to schedule a 15-minute live Zoom meeting (all online) so you can present their custom “home value” report. You can substitute the Zoom with a call or meeting if they are comfortable.

Goal: You get presented as a trusted & knowledgeable guide for them through these challenging times. Someone who will guide, lead and protect them when they choose to buy or sell.

STEP 2: GET FAMILIAR WITH ZOOM

Watch this quick training to ensure you are ready and set up to use Zoom to meet virtually with those that schedule to get their Free Home Value Analysis. You can use this same technology to do Virtual Initial Consultations, Open Houses and Buyer/Seller meetings.

If this is your first time using Zoom, practice a couple of times with family or friends to get comfortable with it. Don’t think that it’s not worth the effort to learn; virtual appointments will be a necessity with some people, even after all restrictions are lifted. This is a skill that will pay you back 10 fold for years and years to come.

STEP 3: SET UP AND CONNECT ACUITY

This is an optional step, but if you truly want to embrace virtual meetings as part of your new normal, then connecting to an online appointment scheduling system will not only make you look high-tech (what many are looking for in a Agent or Lender right now), but it also allows you to remove obstacles that keep people from taking action and contacting you.

STEP 4: SEND THE POSTCARD & EMAIL

These actions can be done simultaneously. The postcard is VERY important because it gets something physical in their hands. It’s more memorable to get a physical card and know that you will be seen. STEP 7: HAVE A VIRTUAL EVENT USING ZOOM

This is a great example from Brovance member Jim Urban. Jim’s in-office special events were halted by the virus so he took the show virtual by hosting an online event geared towards opening the “home value” conversation. Jim paired up with his preferred lender to offer a “guest speaker” who also brings value and content to this fun virtual event.
